• Ajwain Honey is collected from white flowers that grow on the Ajwain seed before its harvesting phase in February to May. The humble Apis Mellifera thus collects nectar from the Ajwain flower in turn giving us the essential properties of Ajwain in the honey.
• True to its name, Ajwain honey helps in reducing indigestion, acid reflux, and acidity – keeps the stomach happy and gut healthy!
• CRYSTALLIZATION: Crystallization is a hallmark of authentic raw organic honey. Whether the raw honey will crystallize, liquefy or remain in a semi-solid colloidal state depends on the ratio of glucose and fructose naturally present in the honey.
• RAW, UNPROCESSED & UNPASTEURIZED: Our honey goes straight in the glass jars after being extracted from beehives. That is maintaining it unprocessed and unpasteurized. We, however, do strain honey through the mesh to remove hive debris.
