Raw honey is not blended or heavily processed to look identical every time. Its colour, thickness and taste can change with the season and the flowers the bees visited. This variation is normal.
Yes. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time, especially in cool weather. Place the closed jar in a bowl of warm water, and the honey will soften again. Avoid using a microwave.
Keep the lid tightly closed and store the jar at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry spoon every time. Honey does not need refrigeration.
